Foodace Shipping Address Policy
At Foodace, we aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly and efficiently. To ensure smooth delivery, please read the following carefully:
1. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete, accurate, and up to date.
This includes orders placed using express checkout options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal. Foodace can only ship to the address submitted with the final order confirmation.
We do not have access to or control over saved addresses linked to third-party payment providers.
2. Incorrect or Old Addresses
If an incorrect, incomplete, or old address is entered at checkout:
- Foodace is not responsible for parcels delivered to the address provided.
- We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to the submitted address.
- If the parcel is returned to us by the courier, re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.
3. Delivered & Signed Parcels
Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered (and signed for where applicable), responsibility transfers to the recipient at the shipping address provided.
Foodace cannot retrieve or reroute parcels once delivered.
4. Address Changes
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
While we will always try to help, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 days to prepare & ship your order.
US Standard Shipping: 5 -10 business days.
UK Standard Shipping: 2 – 3 business days.
Canada Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days.
EU Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
International: 5-10 business days depending on location.
Total delivery time = processing + transit time + any courier delays.
*Total delivery time excludes weekends and bank holidays.
