I am a nurse by profession and a “Mummy” to two beautiful kids. My love and passion for cooking started at a very young age, watching my mother cater for schools, meetings and families. By age 15, she made the easy decision of leaving the catering to me while she carried on with other commitments. I was in love with cooking, creating new recipes, and I would always experiment with flavours to make my dishes stand out. Ma was so proud.
I am a business owner. The business brand FOODACE was a surprise to me, but not to my family. I’ve always wanted every meal presented on our family table to be memorable and unique. With motherhood, there was need for creativity and thus, my passion for creating new recipes and new flavours grew. FOODACE Spices was born from my relentless experimentations to find flavour blends that would go one better than seasonings available on the store shelves.
