For hygiene and handling reasons, food items (bakery and spices) and DaniGlow hair oils are best ordered separately.

- Signed-for delivery may be used for customer and business protection.

Food, Spices & Hair Oils
Due to hygiene and safety regulations:
- All food, spice, and cosmetic products are non-refundable and non-returnable
- Refunds or replacements will only be offered if an item arrives damaged or incorrect
Digital Products
- All digital products are non-refundable
- Once content has been accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued
Order Errors
- Customers are responsible for ensuring order details are correct before checkout
- Foodace cannot offer refunds for incorrect address supplied and orders placed by the customer
